JCIII Enterprises LLC — Terms and Flowdown Statement
All Purchase Orders issued by JCIII Enterprises LLC (“JCIII”) are governed exclusively by JCIII’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase and, where applicable, the mandatory Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses incorporated through JCIII’s Flowdown Addendum.
These documents form part of the binding agreement between JCIII and its suppliers. Seller’s acceptance, acknowledgment, or performance of a Purchase Order shall constitute full and unconditional acceptance of these requirements. No additional or different terms proposed by Seller shall apply, and any modification to JCIII’s Purchase Orders or governing terms shall be valid only if expressly authorized in writing by JCIII.
